Marketing texts in PIM are all descriptive product texts that have been optimized for eCommerce or search engines.
Product Marketing
Our PIM system is more than just a logistics application. Its purpose is to comprehensively cover all information that is important for internal use, sales, or trade relationships. Consequently, all texts that classify or describe the product are also part of the PIM database.
Integration of, for example, makes sense:
- Product title or multiple variants thereof
- short product description
- long product description
- Application Text
- Product recommendations
- Ingredients
- Benefits, Highlights, usually up to 5 benefits
- etc.
The texts can be supplemented as desired with SEO-specific information. For example, the meta description or a focus keyword. Any further information can simply be added by including additional master data fields.
Usually, these texts are already available within the company. If this is not the case, they can be added to the PIM or enriched through imports.
