Login is done with a valid username and password on the application's login page.
The login area
The DAM system is accessed directly via its own URL (domain name), e.g. customer.com. Access is generally protected by a password. The following login details must be entered correctly:
- Username (Individual name or email address)
- Password (Your own password, which must meet the password requirements)
- Optionally, there is 2FA, two-factor authentication
Registration
If you don't have login credentials yet, you can sign up via „No access yet? Click here“ register.
Forgot password?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click the link. You will receive an email at your registered email address and can then set a new password.
Passwords are never sent via email. Since passwords are stored encrypted in the system, we cannot provide passwords over the phone under any circumstances. We do not know your password either. If you no longer remember it, you must use the „Forgot Password“ function.
Public area
It is also possible that the DAM system was licensed in such a way that it allows for a so-called public area.
In this case, you can directly see the publicly accessible datasets, as well as restricted functions for the data basket and for downloading/displaying data. Login is then done via the meta-navigation in the upper right corner.
PIM and DAM systems
Both systems have the exact same login logic. If a PIM system is used in integration with the DAM system and you have authorization for both systems, then access is granted in the same way.
A key strength of our systems is that the UI/UX, meaning the way you use the system, is absolutely identical. The learning curve is very low, and we place great emphasis on making the usage as intuitive as possible.
