Registration is done via a link on the login page. The registration will then be checked internally.

1. Step: Registration

Registration takes place via a link below the login screen.

The subsequent page allows for all settings and data input required to complete the first step of registration.

Custom Fields

In principle, this page can query further fields if the customer system specifies individual fields. For example, a customer number, employee number, or other validations.

Registration in the PIM system (also in conjunction with DAM) is identical to registration in the DAM system. PIM and DAM can be used together or function as standalone applications.

Every customer system includes data protection regulations according to the GDPR. Registered users must agree to these provisions. Registration is not possible without consent.

2. Step: Email Confirmation (Double Opt-In)

If the registration was successful, an email will be sent to the saved email address. The link sent with it serves to verify the user and the valid email address. Only if the user confirms, can the registration process be continued.

Double-opt-in refers to the process of increasing security through verification of the email address and a „human“ click on a verification link via email within a specific time frame (the link expires after a while). This makes it harder for bots and script-driven hacks to compromise user accounts.

3. Step: Internal Admin Review

The next step is the internal process of reviewing the legitimate registration and assigning rights according to customer specifications. Depending on the customer's system, this can take hours to days.

4. Step: Approval or Rejection

In the final step, the user receives confirmation of their registration and can then log in using their individual access credentials. In principle, rejection is also possible. The user will be informed about this as well.

Never share your login credentials with others. Do not send passwords or access credentials via email or chat.
