Filter (Multi-Select) structure the storage of media objects. They thus ensure that media data can be found appropriately and in a structured manner.
Filters can multiple levels with unlimited filter entries have. There is also the possibility that filters are sorted by headings in a second hierarchy. For usability reasons, the levels should not exceed 5 areas, but technically this is possible.
Filters are ideally structured because they can be assigned multiple times. Unlike folders, as are common in computer operating systems, this multiple assignment allows files to be stored chaotically, but enables multiple structuring through the tagging of filters.
In combination with the types of dynamicDAM®, an ideal and easy-to-understand storage and structure of media data is created.
