Images, videos, and other files are stored in a structured manner with filters and types. Full-text search can be used for this, which searches specific data fields (e.g., title, EAN, article numbers).
The search for specific data always assumes that this data is available. Reasons why data may not be present can be broadly categorized as follows:
- The data is only accessible with prior registration, meaning it is not publicly visible without logging in.
- The data is archived, but you don't have permission for the archive.
- The data has not been authorized for your user group
- The data is generally not available
